Ní sholáthraíonn an t-áireamhán ach meastachán amháin, ach tugann sé tuiscint mhaith tosaigh ar an áit a dtagann astaíochtaí chun cinn i d’oibríochtaí gnó. Tugann an nasc ‘loighic áireamháin’ thíos cur síos iomlán ar an déine carbóin, praghas breosla, taisteal agus tuairimí eile a úsáideann an t-áireamhán chun meastachán ar d’astaíochtaí a sholáthar duit.
